About Helena

For as long as I can remember, I wanted to create a happy, loving family — something I longed for but didn’t have growing up.  As a child of an unhappy marriage, I learned to care for others before myself and became a perfectionist in the hope of being lovable. That pattern carried into adulthood and shaped every relationship I had.  In my teens, I found myself in an abusive relationship — what we now understand as family violence. Though I left, the emotional scars stayed for years.

I became a nurse, a mother, and a lifelong seeker of healing and self development. I tried therapy, psychology, and mindfulness; I learned boundaries and self-awareness, yet still felt a deep emptiness, high levels of stress and anxious at times.  In my forties, after another painful breakup and years of emotional exhaustion, my youngest son became severely mentally unwell.  Supporting him through repeated hospitalisations left me overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out and questioning everything. I was in constant physical and emotional pain. Yet that dark time became the catalyst for my transformation.

That turning point came when I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). Through RTT, I finally understood — and released — the limiting beliefs I’d carried since childhood. The constant inner critic quieted. I felt calm, confident, and connected in a way I never had before.  My relationships deepened, my health improved, and I found the peace I’d been seeking all along.

Today, I combine over 30 years of nursing experience with RTT and trauma-informed approaches to help with anxiety, depression, lack of self-esteem, relationships and sexual health and rebuilding after heartbreak.

Now it’s time to invest in you.

Reset your mind. Restore your self-worth. Reinvent yourself.
