Rapid Transformational Therapy is a form of hypnotherapy developed by award winning therapist Marisa Peer. It combines the beneficial principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, practical neuroscience and neuro-linguistic programming. RTT harnesses the most powerful healing potential on the planet, your own mind. The rewiring takes you back to the extraordinary self belief that all babies are born with, you had that once too, no fears and believing in your own worth and lovability. Dr Caroline Leaf, psychoneurobiologist Ph.D states " The mind is 99% of who you are". It drives the way we see the world and our physiology. Our life is processed through our mind, RTT can show you the path and support you to let go of what is limiting you and the recording will transform you as new messaging will become familiar to you. All our life our mind is like a video camera taking footage and storing our understanding of the world and our place within it in our subconscious mind. RTT is like reviewing footage of the video we’ve taken, you can rewatch and see more, like watching a movie for the 2nd or 3rd time. When you see things differently you can let go of the past which gives you freedom. You have an altered state of awareness in your subconscious mind and that helps you concentrate your focus wherever it needs to be so you can change your story to a better one through the reframing process of RTT.

Hypnosis is a completely natural state like daydreaming, zoning out watching TV or driving a car along a familiar road; it is a sleep for the nervous system. There is no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis. Expect to feel wonderfully relaxed, it is a powerful, deeply relaxing, healing state to be in and you are in control the whole time. You will only accept suggestions if you feel it is in your best interest to do so.

Each client is assessed according to their needs during the FREE consultation call. The amount of sessions varies greatly depending on the presenting problem. Some issues such as anxiety and depression will usually require 2-3 sessions which is very different to years of psychology, psychotherapy or counselling. RTT gives you the tool to rewire yourself so you TRANSFORM much more rapidly. Knowledge is gained during the RTT session and emotional release also usually occurs. 60-70% of the result occurs during the RTT session. The rest of the change comes with listening to your bespoke RECORDING which is why this is very IMPORTANT. CHANGE can be IMMEDIATE often. Others notice subtle change that accumulates over time and there are some clients that notice change only when others point it out to them or you look back and realise there has been a shift in your way of thinking and being.

The recording rewires and recodes your brain over the 21 days and beyond that you listen to it. Repetition changes old patterns that you have developed through life, you will know the root cause of your issue and the recording will transform you as new messaging becomes familiar to you. Our mind loves what is familiar, that is why you have been stuck in old thoughts and patterns that were familiar, we change that in the session and give you are new story to tell yourself. You are making a commitment to yourself to recode old habits and thought patterns to get a transformational result. The rewiring takes you back to the extraordinary self worth and lovability that all babies are born with. It is well known that the brain recodes and starts changing in 21 days, breaking down old thoughts and replacing them with new ones to let go of limiting beliefs. Real permanent neuroplastic changes occur after 63 days according to Dr Caroline Leaf, Ph.D., psychoneurobiologist. This is why it is important to listen to the recording at least once a day for 21 days and regularly following that for another 6 weeks.
